Normal deliveries are made via United Parcel Service
or United States Postal Service, depending upon the shipping
address. International and expedited delivery service is available
from other carriers for an additional charge. To arrange for
special delivery, please contact The
Target Group.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for normal delivery on most items. Delivery
time depends on the availability of an item, when it leaves
our warehouse, and the shipment method used. Delivery times
apply from the time payment is received and your order leaves
our warehouse, not from the time an order is placed. Order processing
and/or shipping may be slightly delayed on U.S. holidays. Normal
delivery times do not apply on international orders.
Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge,
but may not apply to all items. Please contact The
Target Group to arrange for expedited deliveries.
To check the status of your order, please contact The
Target Group. When calling or emailing, please refer to
your number.
Orders lost in shipping or shipped in error will be replaced
at no cost. If you receive an incorrect item, you may return
it to us at our expense but must contact The
Target Group for return authorization and instructions.
